Emergency lockout and lock cylinder replacement in Great Waltham

We responded to an emergency call on Breeds Road, Great Waltham, where a young pregnant woman was locked out of her composite door after forgetting her keys. Prior to our arrival, a rogue tradesman had drilled the door lock unsuccessfully, causing severe damage to the lock and preventing entry. Our team carefully worked on the damaged mechanism to gain access to the home. Due to the existing cylinder being badly damaged, we supplied and installed a new high-security British Standard cylinder with an internal thumb turn along with five new keys. This upgrade provided improved security for the composite door following the stressful incident.
