James came out at very quick notice when the gearbox on our door went. Took him less than an hour to be there and worked out was wrong immediately, quickly changed the door then adjusted it to make sure it closed smoothly and explained everything very clearly to help us get the most out of the door/lock going forwards!

Used James to fix a garage door handle lock for me. Could turn key but mechanism had broken internally. It was a Saturday afternoon but he responded quickly. Here within half an hour on emergency call out after we got locked out the house. Purposefully went for the back door which required less complicated work and less expensive replacement and done very quickly with friendly service. Couldn’t fault them and would recommend.

James is a honest man! I called James at 10:30pm when my guests were having trouble removing a key from the lock. The guests had tried for over 30mins to remove the key, and I called James for a call out but when I showed James the video he explained that the guests needed to remove the key horizontally not vertically. James could have so easily have billed me for an out of hours call out, but he was honest and gave his advice freely. James did a good deed by giving his advice freely, I will 100% use James in the future for any emergency, and I will strongly recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much once again!

My mother left her key on the inside of her front door when she shut it. We got in touch with this company and somebody was with us in 45 minutes, took them literally around 30 seconds to get the door open, completely undamaged. This was on a Sunday afternoon.
