Had a work emergency on a Sunday and was let down by another locksmith, Andy said he would be with us in 30 minutes and he was. Gave me an idea of the cost before he turned up, done the job and I was able to pay over the phone. Nice and easy. Will come here first time if I ever need them again.

Excellent service from James - rang up due to having issues with the door not locking, he popped over within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue (faulty gearbox in the lock) and fitted a new door handle in about 10 minutes. Cheers James

My mother left her key on the inside of her front door when she shut it. We got in touch with this company and somebody was with us in 45 minutes, took them literally around 30 seconds to get the door open, completely undamaged. This was on a Sunday afternoon.
