We got in touch with this company and somebody was with us in 45 minutes, took them literally around 30 seconds to get the door open, completely undamaged. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I called James because I was moving into a new property and wanted the locks changed in case there were any stray keys about. He visited on time and discussed the various options for the front door and garage door. There was no hard sell, James made some sensible suggestions that met our budget. The work was quickly done and an invoice and guarantee given on the spot. Shortly afterwards I had an issue closing and locking the garage door and called James. We agreed it was probably not a lock issue but I was worried about not being able to lock the garage which was full of stuff from my move. James quickly arrived and after a brief inspection we agreed it was a door issue and not the lock but he fixed it for me anyway and did not charge me. At all times James was polite, professional and very easy to deal with. Happy to recommend.

Helped my mum get back into her house. James arrived in the time he said he would, and changed the locks on front and back door. Five keys for each and service with a kindly smile, is positive enough for me and mum.
