My mother left her key on the inside of her front door when she shut it. We got in touch with this company and somebody was with us in 45 minutes, took them literally around 30 seconds to get the door open, completely undamaged. This was on a Sunday afternoon. Excellent service from James - rang up due to having issues with the door not locking, he popped over within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue (faulty gearbox in the lock) and fitted a new door handle in about 10 minutes. Cheers James
