I called James because I was moving into a new property and wanted the locks changed in case there were any stray keys about. He visited on time and discussed the various options for the front door and garage door. There was no hard sell, James made some sensible suggestions that met our budget. The work was quickly done and an invoice and guarantee given on the spot. Shortly afterwards I had an issue closing and locking the garage door and called James. We agreed it was probably not a lock issue but I was worried about not being able to lock the garage which was full of stuff from my move. James quickly arrived and after a brief inspection we agreed it was a door issue and not the lock but he fixed it for me anyway and did not charge me. At all times James was polite, professional and very easy to deal with. Happy to recommend.
