After a really stressful experience with a previous locksmith who had damaged our lock, James came to the rescue! He arrived within the hour and immediately put me at ease by clearly explaining everything he would be doing, the next steps, and the cost, so there were no surprises. He was incredibly supportive and understanding throughout the whole process. I was leaving work last night when the office door wouldn't lock and I genuinely thought I was going to have to spend the night in the office!! However, James was with me within 10 minutes and not only fixed the lock system but also went above and beyond to sort out the door threshold, which was causing problems with it closing properly. What I thought was going to be a very long night was over within an hour from when I realised it was broken, to getting in the car to go home. James was completely professional yet really approachable. Thank you so much for saving me from a night in the office....I spend enough time in there already haha! Would 100% recommend!
